Websites for landscapers that price the fence run while you are on the mower
Pages built around your own photos of finished yards, and your price list behind the questions you would ask them on the phone: how big, how high, and what is there now.
Two builds a month, booking one month out. Two to three weeks from your photos and your price list.
Quoting is open to new builds now, and already runs on a client’s site. A plain website can take quoting later, without a rebuild.
They want twenty metres of fence and a tidy-up out the front, and you are on a ride-on in Golden Grove with the engine running
You see the missed call at smoko and ring them at four. By then a fencer has emailed them a per-metre figure, and the tidy-up has gone with the fence. It was work you would have priced the same way from the yard.
- A straight fence run on a flat block gets a per-metre figure while they are still standing at the boundary with a tape measure.
- Regular mowing is priced by the size of the yard, so the fortnightly run fills itself without a phone call for every lawn.
- A retaining wall, a slope or a tree near the line goes to you as an enquiry with their measurements and what is there now, and you price it after a look.
- Spring stops being a month of measuring up yards for people who were only after a ballpark, because the ballpark is on your site.
A site that quotes will give them a price while you are still on the job.
Off your price list, under your name, before the other landscaper has rung back.
The questions you would ask on the phone
Two or three, in your trade’s terms, and nothing they cannot answer standing in the room with the problem.
How long is the run, roughly?
Metres along the boundary, paced out or off the plan. Fencing is priced by the metre and they can give you that from the back step.
Is the ground flat, or does it fall away?
A slope means stepping panels or a wall, and that is a look-first job. Flat ground is a price on the spot.
Front yard, back yard, or both?
It sets how long the mow takes and whether the trailer fits down the side. The same thing you ask before you load the ute.
The jobs a landscaper’s site quotes, in the words your customer types. The figures would be yours, off your own price list.
- Front lawn mown and edged every fortnight
- Old paling fence replaced with Colorbond
- Hedge along the driveway cut back
- Garden beds weeded and mulched
- New turf laid in the backyard
- Green waste cleared after a storm
- Pavers laid for a small back patio
- Dead shrubs dug out and replanted

It is fictional, and says so. The one real site quoting today belongs to a handyman, and it is written up in full on the Yatara Property Maintenance page.

Torrens Plumbing
There is no landscaping example yet, so this is the honest nearest thing: a fictional plumber’s site quoting live. Swap the taps for turf and the fence run, and it is the flow yours would run.

A landscaper’s site is priced off our price list the same way yours will price theirs. Add only the work you need, with each price shown before you choose it, and read how the quoting works before you decide which one.
Every build hands over the same things — up to five pages around your jobs, your photos, help with your Google Business Profile, an enquiry form on your own domain — and the website page lists all of it.
